This is a full-time role designed for driven professionals who want to learn the insurance business the right way — with structure, mentorship, and a defined path toward becoming a licensed insurance professional and, for the right candidate, future agency ownership.

As a Protégé Agent at DDHQ, you can expect:

A competitive compensation package — $50,000 base salary with uncapped commission, targeting $75,000–$95,000 in total annual earnings
